Raw Land INto Legacy
This one started as raw, inherited ground and a vision.
Before we ever broke ground, this land was where the family pulled in their RVs, set up camp, and spent time together the simple way. It already meant something to them, we just needed to help turn it into something permanent.
Getting there wasn’t easy. We worked through a long zoning and planning process to take untouched land and make it build-ready. Once everything was approved and the design was locked in, we hit it hard.
From breaking ground to move-in, we built this home in under six months.
Timing mattered. We pushed to get them in before Thanksgiving - and they sat down in their new home with their whole family right on time. That’s the kind of deadline that means something.
The layout was built around how they live. Open, functional, and ready to handle a full house. We made sure the guest spaces were dialed in for their four grandchildren, with bedrooms and a bathroom that make it easy for everyone to stay, not just visit.
Big credit to Jeremy Cleveland of JC Design for bringing the vision to life on paper and helping us translate it into something that fits both the land and the family.
What used to be a sanctuary campground is now their permanent home. Same land, same purpose - just built to last.
Now it’s more than a place to visit, it’s where the family comes together for weekends, holidays, and everything in between. A true legacy build that’ll carry on for generations.
