Building Process

Consultation
Meet & Greet
Experience a complimentary consultation where we can connect and explore. During our in-person meeting, we’ll delve into your scope of work, design preferences, build costs, and any specific questions you may have.

Preliminary Design
Drafting
We skillfully bring together your vision using our curated interview process to ask all the right questions.
We create custom floor plans and an initial 3D model that dovetails the specifics your house needs and your targeted budget.

Plan Approval
Proposal
With the concept plans complete, we transition to detailed questions until we have all the information needed to provide you an accurate estimate and submit plans.
We sign a contract after both sides completely understand the design, timeline, and costs.

Pre-Construction
Site Prep
We proceed with next steps like banking, appraisals, lot line surveys, permitting etc.
We also do final selections with our in-house design team while our other teams are pepping your project weather that be a new foundation or demolition.

Construction
Exterior & Interior Finishes
​This is where you get to see your project come to life, knowing you’ve already made all the important decisions!
We provide consistent updates during the entire process, and do site-walks for important phases. You with notice a lot of moving parts and pieces.

Project Delivery
Finale
An official handover includes a blue-tape walkthrough and a tutorial on your new home’s mechanical systems and maintenance requirements.
We answer questions and review our warranty information to ensure peace of mind and long-term confidence.
